The Pennsylvania House debated a significant expansion of a government run health care program on Wednesday that is expected to cost hundreds of millions of dollars in a year when the state faces an almost three billion dollar budget deficit. Rep. Scott Boyd (R-Lancaster) said the plan sponsored by House Democrats is not fiscally responsible and will not be able to provide the services promised.
