just thought you need to improve the manners of your top staff when dealing with a veteran to get assistance, when your staff leader found out i was not in your district i was treated with dis respect like a 5 year old , and im sure the staaff heard him, but he was taken back when he found out i was a disabled vietanam vet, cib, purple heart, plus.
