To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to request copies of records and an itemized list of expenditures which would convey the
following information from all dates between January 1, 1993 and January 11, 2010:
• Any amount of House funds paid for the use of an automobile by Representative Samuel Rohrer;
• All per diem requests submitted by and amounts paid pursuant per diem requests to Representative Samuel Rohrer;
• A list of all salary payments paid to Rep. Samuel Rohrer and the formula by which the salary amounts were calculated;
• Any amount of funds relinquished by Representative Samuel Rohrer to the House which may indicate a return or rejection of a portion of salary;
• Any House funds expended to cover the costs of health insurance benefit coverage for Representative Samuel Rohrer and any covered family members;
• Any and all requests for reimbursement with House funds for official expenditures and amounts paid to fulfill requests submitted by Representative Samuel Rohrer.
