We, the undersigned, urge the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, Pennsylvania Senate and Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania do the following: defend Pennsylvania and its residents against any federal attempt to take over our health care system; protect the rights of Pennsylvanians to refuse to participate in a government-run health care plan; guard the doctor-patient relationship against intrusion from the federal government; amend the Pennsylvania Constitution to formally protect Pennsylvanians’ right to choose their own health care and to purchase health care from the provider of their choice; and support House Bill 2053, the “Health Care Freedom Act,” and House Bill 2179.
