Pitts: Reading from the Constitution

On the second day of the 112th Congress, Members read aloud of the Constitution of the United States. Rep. Pitts read Article 1, Section 6, Clause 2. This clause prohibits Members of Congress from creating an office and then serving in it during the same session of Congress.
