AP reports that Four candidates fall under automatic recount law: Lazarus (714,531), Colville (713,019) Smith (710,111) and McCarthy (702,212).

We need volunteers to observe the recount process for Temp Smith’s Superior Court race. Currently he is behind by .1% of the vote or less then 4500.
